Information we collect
When you complete our optional consultation form, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, nationality, country of residence, educational background, intended degree or major, scholarship and intake preferences, language proficiency and any message you choose to provide. We also receive the time and content of your inquiry through our form service. Please do not submit passports, ID numbers, transcripts, bank details, medical data or other sensitive documents in this initial form.
Why we use it
We use information you voluntarily submit to understand your study goals, respond to your request, provide initial educational guidance, and manage necessary follow-up communications. We do not promise admission, scholarships or visa approvals. We will not use your inquiry for unrelated promotional messaging without an appropriate basis or additional permission.
Form and email providers
The consultation form is provided by Tally. Submissions are received and handled in the Tally account associated with ECS. Communications and notifications may be processed via email providers, including Gmail. These services have their own security and privacy practices. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell student inquiry information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate our form and communications, and with an educational institution only when relevant to a separately agreed application process and after informing you as appropriate. Because students and our service providers may be located in different countries, your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Additional consent or safeguards may be required under applicable law.
Retention and security
We aim to keep inquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage follow-up, comply with applicable obligations and address legitimate requests. We periodically review information for deletion and will respond to deletion requests subject to legal requirements. Access should be limited to authorized ECS personnel; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information; you may also withdraw your consent to future optional contact, where applicable. Send requests to akrammothna24@gmail.com. Your legal rights depend on the laws that apply to your circumstances.
Children
This initial form is intended for prospective students. If you are under 18, please seek the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian before submitting your information.
